First Day of School at PHS

2-Hour Delay Schedule

We're excited to welcome students back to PHS for the 2026-2027 school year. We hope you've had a great summer, and we look forward to seeing everyone back in the building on September 1st.

Freshman and new student orientation: 8:10 AM to 10:00 AM
Students in grades 10-12 arrive: 10:10 AM
Regular classes begin: 10:10 AM on a special 2-hour delay schedule.
Lunch: Welcome Back Barbecue in the PHS cafeteria and patio area
Grab-and-go breakfast available from 7:30 AM to 10:15 AM

We can't wait to welcome everyone back to Pleasantville High School. Enjoy the rest of your summer, and we'll see you on September 1 for the start of another great year.
